Silk Serif Font is a high-contrast typeface that creates characters based on a strict grid. A great thing about this font is its unique, triangular serif.

This font family was designed by Rakel Tómasdóttir and published through the Icelandic foundry SilkType in 2017.

The main feature of the typeface is the disconnection between the bowls and the stems. However, the bowl is too close to the stem, creating the illusion of connection.

Silk Serif contains 14 different styles and this font includes 31 special characters with accents and 26 letters of the alphabet in upper and lowercase.
